General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, an air conditioner and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The cottage on Lake Niwka is the perfect place for a holiday or a weekend retreat. You can spend quality time here with your family, a time you'll cherish forever. The cottage's excellent facilities, as well as its peaceful and charming surroundings, guarantee a successful stay.

The cottage features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a small room with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, microwave, induction stove, kettle, refrigerator), and a bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Outside, there's a covered terrace and plenty of space for relaxing and playing, and the lake is just 30 meters away.

Lake Niwka is located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in the town of the same name. It makes an excellent base for excursions exploring the attractions of both the beautiful city of Tarnów, which is located nearby, and the entire region.

The lake is considered one of the best fishing spots in southern Poland. Numerous species of fish can be found here, allowing anglers to fully indulge in their favorite pastime. Swimming is not permitted in the lake, but the tranquility that prevails there is conducive to lazing by the water's edge, surrounded by beautiful nature and the breathtaking blue of the lake. We also offer boat rentals with an electric motor for anglers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
