On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, and large table), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a balcony and a bathtub, from which you can enjoy the view of the mountain peaks) and two bathrooms with showers. In the attic, there's another bedroom with four single beds. Fireplace and electric heating are provided. Wi-Fi is available.
The garden offers a fireplace and barbecue area. Secure parking is available. A playground and an outdoor gym are available in the communal area of ​​the property (available to guests from three neighboring houses). Included in the price: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, firewood, parking, and internet. A cot and highchair are available upon request. Numerous hiking trails are located nearby, perfect for hiking and biking. In summer, guests can enjoy swimming in nearby lakes and skiing in winter. In winter, the area is a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts, with several attractive ski resorts nearby.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
