The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a patio, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

"Nonstuo", 5-room cottage 100 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: open large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (75 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, simple dry toilet. Heating, wood heating, forced-air heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with 2 beds (75 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors, parquet floors. Large terrace 50 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the garden, the forest and fjord. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

The boat is located in the harbor 4 km from the house. Cosy, rustic cottage "Nonstuo", 2 storeys, detached, built in 1984, renovated in 2025, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 4 km from the centre of Nordhuglo, 20 km from the centre of Jektevik, 75 km from the centre of Bergen, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 400 m from the sea, 4 km from the beach, 400 m from the fijord, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and trees. Fish-processing table. Motor boat (on order). 100 m footpath to the house. Parking on the premises. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
