The accommodation enjoys a quiet location in the little village Sotra in the south of Norway, by the North Sea.
The house can accommodate up to five people and has an open living and dining room with a kitchen, a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flatscreen satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The two bedrooms have two single beds and a bunk bed, as well as a further single bed. The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine and dryer. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom and free Wi-Fi is available.
The lovely garden site or the balcony on the first floor are ideal for relaxing. You can prepare meals on the grill and then dine together. Up to three cars can be parked free of charge.
This holiday home offers a boat for rent. The boat is 21 feet open with a steering console and has a 60 hp 4-stroke outboard gasoline engine. The boat is only rented weekly. The boat is located in the marina 150 meters from the rental house.
The home is registered with the Directorate of Fisheries' register as a fishing camp. This means that guests can bring their own caught fish file, which is currently a quota of 18 kg per person.
It is only 150 metres to the lake where you can go fishing. There are shops and restaurants a few kilometres away, so a car is necessary. It is 43km to the town Bergen.
