The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, two bunk beds and three double folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden and a barbecue and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath or shower, a sit bath, two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge, a freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Welcome to an great holiday home in the middle of the fishing paradise on the beautiful West coast. The holiday house is a gem located on Øygarden right outside Bergen. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a successful holiday. Well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Room for up to 12 people. The holiday house has a total of 260m2, of which the first floor is 130m2 with a pitched roof; ceiling height 190cm. From the first floor there is a great view of the sea and a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun in comfortable chairs. In the main bathroom there is a sauna with room for 4-5 people. Both bedrooms on the ground floor are tastefully furnished, each with a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. 3 of the bedrooms upstairs have a good sofa bed, and the last room has a bed where you can pull out extra sleeping space. All 4 bedrooms upstairs have their own comfortable chairs. It is a short distance to a beautiful sandy beach with great swimming opportunities. Two boats for rent in floating jetty 250 meters from the house. 1 pc 21 foot Øien 620F with 70 HP Yamaha, Garmin 92CV gps, echo sounder and chart plotter, 6 rod holders, flushing pump 1 pc 14 foot boat with 9.9 HP Suzuki 2-stroke engine Filleting area for fish by the house or in the laundry room in the house. The owner is well acquainted with good fishing spots and is happy to help with recommendations and/or guided trips (for an additional fee). The area is great for hikes in beautiful nature and a good starting point for trips to Bergen with its many tourist attractions such as the fish market, Fløyen, Bryggen, Ulriken and the art museums.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
