Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the sea, the mountains, the countryside, the forest and fjord. Beautiful, cosy semi-detached house "Høyanger Panorama", 2 storeys, built in 1980, renovated in 2021, surrounded by trees. 2 km from the centre of Høyanger, 35 km from the centre of Balestrand, 165 km from the centre of Bergen, in a quiet position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the fijord. Private: small garden 40 m2, parking (for 2 cars) at the house, single garage. E-charging station. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Kvamsøy" 30 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Fishing possibilities 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
