General

The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, two double beds, four bunk beds and a double folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a DVD player, a CD player and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a jacuzzi and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with a bath or shower, two toilets and a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave and a coffee maker.

Spend your holiday right next to a fishing lake! Only 10 metres from the holiday house, you can fish freely (with the fishing license you need to obtain) for trout and salmon. The house is large and eventful, with hiking opportunities in the surrounding area and 7 km to marked hiking trails. One of the beds in one of the bedrooms is 120 cm wide. A 15-foot boat for rent for fishing on the trout lake Laugen, the fishing lake/freshwater 10 m from the holiday home. This boat can only be used in freshwater. Gryteelva with salmon and trout, 15 km away. 3.6 km to Kvenvær and a marina where you can rent a 17-foot Kaasbøll aluminum boat with a 60 HP 4-stroke Suzuki engine, 4 rod holders and GPS/sounder, for sea fishing, pre-order in good time. For the 2025 season we also have a 21 foot Kvernø 630 with 115 HP Yamaha, Garmin chartplotter 92sv, echo sounder and GPS. More boats can be rented on request at the same time as booking the holiday home. Life jackets included. Own filleting area with roof, water and lights near the holiday home. Hitra has a lot of deer, stags and other wild animals that you can see in nature. Take a car trip to Frøya with the historically famous fishing village of Titran, or take the car ferry to the lively fishing village of Sula out in the sea. On the ferry trip you can make several stops, such as the island kingdom of Mausund. An experience you don't want to miss! The owner of the holiday home offers online payment for extra services etc.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
