General

The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a sauna, a patio, a terrace, a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 x 150 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Balcony 16 m2, terrace 50 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), sitting area. Very beautiful, of the lake, the mountains and the forest. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
