The holiday home for 9 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds, a double bed, a single folding bed and three bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a heater. In addition there is a billiard, a football table, a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

On chilly evenings, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, while the terrace invites you to enjoy leisurely breakfasts and peaceful summer evenings with a view. The cabin features four comfortable bedrooms spread across two floors: two on the ground floor and two upstairs. Sleeping arrangements include one double bed, one family bunk bed (sleeping three), and two rooms with twin beds each. The loft area includes a sofa bed and a multi-game table featuring foosball, billiards, table tennis, and air hockey. A selection of board games suitable for the whole family is also available. The bathroom includes a shower and a sauna with room for four people. A conscious decision was made not to include a TV, encouraging good conversation and quality time together. However, wireless internet is available should you wish to stay in touch with the outside world or combine your stay with remote work. For the little ones, there is a swing set on the property, and a lovely sandy beach—perfect for swimming, crab fishing, and lazy summer days—is just a short walk away. If you wish to explore the archipelago, a boat with a 25 hp motor and steering console is available for rent as an optional extra. This opens up opportunities for fishing trips, island hopping, and exploring the many islets and skerries along the Southern Norwegian coast. The boat is available April-October. Sørlandsleia has become widely known after the popular TV 2 series Sommerhytta (Summer Cabin) was filmed in this cabin community. The area boasts a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. The charming coastal town of Tvedestrand—renowned for its relaxed Southern Norway vibe and vibrant cultural scene—is just a short drive away. It takes 20 minutes by car to reach Nes Verk, home to a historic ironworks and a superb golf course. Størdal Gård is a delightful destination featuring a farm shop, local food, and seasonal events, while Kote Null offers exciting activities and nature experiences. Whether you are looking for relaxing days enjoying the view from the terrace, quality time with family and friends, water-based activities, or pleasant excursions through Southern Norway’s beautiful coastal landscape, this cabin serves as the perfect base. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
