The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a radio. A small rowing boat is included in the price. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and room for 6 people. There is an open kitchen with dining and living room. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need in addition to a microwave, egg cooker and toaster iron. Free wireless internet and smart TV. Bathroom with underfloor heating. The cabin is heated with electricity, a heat pump and a wood stove. Final cleaning, electricity and firewood are included in the price. The tenant must bring their own bed linen/towels. Large open terrace (approx. 80m2) and covered terrace (approx. 10m2). On the property you will also find a “gapahauk” with a fire pan, gas grill and heating lamp and a lawn for croquet and badminton. There is rich wildlife just outside the cabin with the possibility to see beaver, moose, roe deer, foxes, bobcats and squirrels, as well as many species of birds. Great view of the lake, which is only 50 meters from the cabin. There is also the possibility of fishing in the river Lygna (fishing license must be purchased) 5 km from the cabin. Shop and restaurant in Lyngdal 14 km away, here you will also find a water park. A trip to Lista lighthouse or Lindesnes lighthouse is recommended (both approx. 40 minutes' drive from the cabin), as well as a trip to Båly where you among other things can find an underwater restaurant. The small rowing boat included in the price includes 4 life jackets, 2 for adults and 2 for children.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
