On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom with a doublebed and a singlebed. Final cleaning and electricity are included in the price, as well as one sack of firewood. You need to bring bed linen with you. There are 2 fishing rods at your disposal, and possible to rent a boat with a small motor. The holiday house is in Svenevig, 5 km from the cozy town of Lyngdal with shopping streets, restaurants and a cinema, as well as the popular water park Sørlandsbadet, perfect for the whole family. Rosfjord camping has a great sandy beach. In Spangereid, you can visit Norway's southernmost underwater restaurant, "Under" and see the Spangereid Canal. Other family activities in the area include a trip to Lista Lighthouse (37 km), and Vanse (25 km) where you will find Lista Adrenaline Park with go-karts, flipside/skate park, trampoline park, paintball and restaurant, Alcoa Environmental Park, bike paths and pump track. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
