There are three apartments in the house; one where the owner lives and two holiday apartments. Open and covered terrace with garden furniture and a practical garden grill. There are wonderful scenic surroundings with only 50 meters to lake Eiksåvannet with swimming opportunities from rocks and a pier. For those who like hiking, the nearest hiking trail starts only 50 meters from the door. It is approx. 4.9 km to the nearest grocery store and town, and 23 km to the nearest restaurant. A 15-foot boat is included in the price. The boat is moored at Eiksåvannet, only 50 meters from the apartment. The boat is equipped with GPS and mandatory safety equipment (lifebuoy, 4 emergency rockets, sea anchor, fire extinguisher and bucket). Life jackets are available. 2 parking spaces at the house in summer and winter. There is a sauna and a wilderness available for the guests of both holiday apartments.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
