The holiday home is beautifully located on a natural plot in Øyslebø with a fantastic panoramic view of the fjord. The holiday apartment has electric heating and a cozy fireplace in the living room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed. Open kitchen. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and a lovely sauna with capacity for 6 people. The apartment also has a washing machine. Free wireless internet, TV with NRK and TV2 as well as Netflix for streaming. There is also a highchair and a baby bed (0-3 years) available. Outdoors there is both an open and covered terrace with garden furniture and a garden grill. There are three apartments in the house; one where the owner lives and two holiday apartments. There are wonderful scenic surroundings with only 50 meters to lake Eiksåvannet with swimming opportunities from the rocky cliffs and pier. For hiking enthusiasts, the nearest hiking trail starts just 50 meters from the door. It is about 4.9 km to the nearest grocery store and town, and 23 km to the nearest restaurant. A 15-foot boat is included in the price. The boat is moored at lake Eiksåvannet, just 50 meters from the apartment. The boat is equipped with GPS and mandatory safety equipment (lifebuoy, 4 emergency rockets, sea anchor, fire extinguisher and bucket). Life jackets are available. 2 parking spaces by the house in summer and winter. There is a sauna and a wilderness available for the guests of both holiday apartments.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
