Charming holiday home in scenic surroundings in Nesheim, Lista. Nice view of the fjord. The holiday home was originally built in 1886 and modernized in 2000. With 80 m² over 2 floors, this provides a nice setting for up to 6 people. Pets are welcome! The holiday home has electric heating and a cozy wood stove in the living room. There is a separate kitchen and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. In the living room there is a TV with NRK/TV2 and Google Chrome for streaming. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The secluded holiday home is in a 2000 m² garden. Here, you can really enjoy your holidays in quiet surroundings. On the plot there is garden furniture and a garden grill. From the house it is approx. 500 meters (as the crow flies) to the sandy beach and North Sea. It is 800 meters to lake Nesheimvannet with the possibility of freshwater fishing. The nearest hiking trail starts just 200 meters from the house. To the center of Vanse with a grocery store and restaurant it is approx. 2 km. Boat for rent: 18-foot open boat with 40 HP. The boat is located 4 km. from the holiday home and has GPS and mandatory safety equipment, incl. 4 life jackets/life jackets. Outdoor gutting area for fish with light and running water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
