The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a terrace and a set of garden furniture and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two baths or showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

The 60-square-meter open terrace provides the ideal spot to gather family and friends for meals and relaxing moments in the fresh sea air. The house enjoys a beautiful, secluded location on a large natural plot; with the sea just under 30 meters away, it is only a short distance to swimming off the coastal rocks or boating from the jetty. The holiday home offers a warm, cozy atmosphere and is spread across three floors. It features an open-plan kitchen and a cozy living room. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, all equipped with underfloor heating. Electricity and bed linen are included in the rental price. Pets are welcome! Great for fishing enthusiasts as the property offers a practical indoor fish-cleaning station with running water and light, and rental of an 18-foot boat with fish finder. The boat is conveniently located right next to the house. If you prefer land-based activities, the nearest hiking trail starts less than 200 meters from the doorstep, and city life—with shops and restaurants—is just ten kilometers away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
