Electric heating, underfloor heating, boiler (100 litres). Upper floor: living room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Terrace 40 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
