The holiday home for 2 persons has a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a gas fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a bar, an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a shower and a washbasin.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a convection microwave and an oven.

You enter this cozy apartment directly through the patio doors. Tastefully decorated with warm colors and robust materials, the apartment is ideal for two people and is located in the center of Zoutelande, within walking distance of the beach, sea, and village amenities, yet wonderfully quiet. Accessible via the firebreak behind the house, it has its own private entrance leading to a bright living room through the terrace. Large windows allow plenty of natural light and can be opened in the summer for a seamless connection to the outdoor space.

The living room features a double sofa, a cozy gas fireplace, and a television with Chromecast. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, and ample storage for food. Next to the kitchen is a separate toilet. A staircase in the living room leads to the attractively furnished bedroom, which has a double bed (160x200 cm), bedside tables, a dresser, and hooks for clothes. The bedroom includes a niche shower with a rain shower, and across the living room, a sink with mirror and cupboard space provides additional convenience. There is no separate closed bathroom, and the interior can be described as “Hotel Chic.”

The apartment is heated by the gas fireplace and features air conditioning for heating, cooling, and ventilation. The private terrace (12 m²) enjoys sun nearly all day and is furnished with two armchairs, a table, and a mobile barbecue.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
