The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and Quooker to meet all your cooking needs. The first toilet is conveniently located on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you will find the bedroom and adjacent bathroom. The bedroom is a peaceful haven with a comfortable double box spring (160x200 cm), a cozy sitting area with a single sofa bed suitable for a child, and a second television for added entertainment. A spacious wardrobe, shelving space, and a full-length mirror complete the room, while bedside lamps provide both functional and ambient lighting.

The open bathroom offers ultimate comfort with a walk-in rain shower, a second toilet, and a double washbasin. For extra convenience, a storage room with a washing machine is located on the ground floor.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
