You enter this accommodation through the simple kitchen, which is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, both Senseo and filter coffee machines, and a kettle but no dishwasher. If you continue into the house, you will find a compact dining table with 2 chairs next to the spiral staircase. At the back of the house is a double sofa by the television and, past this, the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin. Via the stairs, you reach the upper floor where a large bedroom occupies the entire floor. The bedroom has 2 single beds (80x200cm) that together form a double bed. There are two bedside tables with lights and a chest of drawers plus a clothes rack to store your clothes.

The kitchen leads to the spacious, south-facing back garden (20m2). The holiday home is in the back garden of a house, but the garden is separated by a fence and, therefore, very private. The garden has a luxurious lounge set and a storage box for cushions. There is also a garden table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
