The master bedroom features a double box spring bed (with two separate mattresses). From this bedroom, you can access a balcony with seating for four. The second bedroom is furnished with two single box spring beds. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and storage space. All windows are fitted with blackout blinds. Private parking is available behind the building.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
