The living room is comfortably furnished and features a sofa where you can relax after a day at the beach or by the pool. Digital satellite TV is available, and even Netflix is accessible!

The open-plan kitchen is completely renovated and fully equipped with a large dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster – everything you need is there. You can even bake waffles with the vintage waffle iron! The dining table comfortably seats more than 5 people. The beautiful photo wallpaper will instantly transport you back to the atmosphere of your well-deserved beach holiday in Walcheren! The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A washer-dryer is also provided.

The apartment is located on the first floor and boasts a spacious balcony that enjoys sunshine from morning until 3 pm. The evening sun shines on the front of the apartment, where you can also place a chair to enjoy it!

The apartment is located in the Zuiderstrand residential complex in Westkapelle. The complex features two swimming pools (open from May to September): a large, gently sloping pool and a large children's pool. It's ideal for anyone looking for a holiday home with a pool in Zeeland! There's also a tennis court (bookable at reception) and a playground.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
