The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a terrace, an air conditioner, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Welcome to this unique wrapping house, built from sustainable materials such as wood, cardboard, and flax. Located on a relaxed arable farm in Zeeland, it offers plenty of space to unwind, while children can enjoy the trampolines, swing, slide, go-karts, and sandbox. Take a long morning walk through the dunes of Oranjezon or watch the sunset from your garden — moments you’ll remember forever.

The tiny house is on the ground floor and reached via a staircase with three steps. Glass panels at the front and rear allow plenty of natural light inside. Rounded corners and a wooden, quiet interior create a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. The house is equipped with air conditioning, and a washing machine is available for general use (for a fee).

At the front, you enter the kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, and Nespresso machine. The bathroom, located in the middle of the house, has a shower, sink, mirror cabinet, and toilet. The two bedrooms are situated at the rear and center of the house, making it convenient for children who go to bed early. Both bedrooms have a box spring (160x200 cm) and two bedside tables. A high chair and folding baby bed (60x120 cm) are also available.

De Specht has its own terrace at the front and rear (25 m² in total), and a large garden surrounds the house, screened with plants (no fence). There is plenty of space to play, and you can enjoy beautiful views of the dunes and farmland. Barbecues are allowed except during dry periods due to fire risk.

Bicycles can be stored inside the bicycle shed, located on the other side of the sanitary building of the adjacent mini-camping.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
