Overlooking the animal meadow with goats, sheep, chickens, and even playful wallabies, it’s the perfect spot for nature lovers and families. The living room features a flat-screen TV, dining area, and direct views of the meadow. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and filter coffee maker. The bathroom has a sink and shower, with a separate toilet in the hall.
The first bedroom offers a double bed (160x200 cm), a folding baby bed, bedside tables, and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. Relax on your private south-facing terrace (24 m²) or meet others in the communal garden. Bikes can be stored in the shed (unlocked), and ample parking is available.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
