The living room features a 2-seater sofa, 3-seater sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV cabinet, crockery cabinet and a cosy wood stove. The dining table seats six and flows into the spacious kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, bathroom cabinet, towel radiator and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet. Three bedrooms offer plenty of comfort for families. Outside, you’ll find a private garden and terrace facing south and east, with sunlight throughout the day and fully enclosed for maximum privacy. Bikes can be stored safely in the shed. The home also includes a washing machine, dryer and air conditioning in the kitchen and living room. Feels like coming home already, doesn’t it? Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
