This very nice holiday home is located on the quiet holiday park Oud-Kempen in Stavenisse. The house is located on the edge of the park with a super nice view. The house is close to the central car park.
This holiday home is in a block of 4 houses. Upon entering, you stand in a small hallway. Here you will find the washing machine, drying rack and microwave. Then you enter the living area. Here you will find a completely new kitchen with a large fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, an induction hob, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, an egg boiler, a hand blender and a toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped. The cosy living area has a dining table with chairs. There is a lovely seating area. There is internet TV. Downstairs there is a super nice bathroom. Downstairs there is also a bedroom with a 140x200 bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two 90x200 beds. There is also a sleeping loft upstairs with a 140x200 bed. All beds have single duvets. A baby gate is attached at the top of the stairs. A high chair and a cot are also available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Around the house is a very nice veranda, so when the weather is drizzling you can still sit outside. There are sunbeds and plenty of seats in the garden. The garden is completely fenced, which is very pleasant with dogs or small children. The garden has great views over the meadows behind. The garden has sun all day, but there is also plenty of shade. There is a charcoal barbecue in the garden. The garden is very spacious.
This house is located next to another holiday home of the same owner. Between the two houses is a connecting door outside in the fence. This door is always locked. It can only be unlocked at the request of guests. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. Two superb homes next to each other. There are two other properties offered by the same owner.
This property is equipped with internet TV. You can receive the following programmes: ARD, ZDF, RTL, WDR, ARTE, VOX, NDR, SAT 1, Tagesschau 2, 3 SAT, Pro Sieben, KiKa, ONE, RTL II, Super RTL. Tenants who have their own NETFLIX account can also receive NETFLIX in this property. Tenants without their own NETFLIX account unfortunately cannot.
Bookings with 2 dogs are possible. Bookings with cats are unfortunately not possible.
The Oud-Kempen holiday park is located near the village of Stavenisse. This is a very small, quiet place. It is located right next to the Oosterschelde estuary. It offers plenty of opportunities for cycling, walking, diving or just relaxing. Peace, space and cosiness are common here. Stavenisse is about an hour's drive from Rotterdam, Zierikzee, Renesse, Antwerp, Breda or Vlissingen. There is an extensive supermarket in the village. The holiday park itself has a very good restaurant. There is an outdoor swimming pool with children's pool. There is also a tennis court, table tennis and table football.
