This family home is quietly situated in the summer village of "t Zwin," just a short walk from the beach and sea. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to six people. More photos will follow; the house has recently been renovated.
Layout: The spacious living room features a sitting area with a sofa and TV, a dining table, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. An open staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where you will find two bedrooms with double beds and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. Behind the house is a garden where you can relax by a crackling wood fire. At the front, there is a terrace that enjoys the evening sun.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
