An attractive holiday home in Oostkapelle. The spacious living room invites you to enjoy. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped. From the living room you walk to the patio. There are 4 bedrooms for two people each. Two rooms have a double bed, the other two 4x single beds. There is also a sauna and hot tub. Great for 'in-house wellness'. On the large roof terrace, you can last for hours, even the evening sun can still be caught here! The space garden is closed and therefore plenty of privacy. The terrace invites you to eat or enjoy a snack. Keep in mind that swimming pools and saunas can be open for a shorter time due to corona control, or even permanently closed

Oostkapelle is one of the larger villages in the Veere municipality, named after an old chapel once believed to have stood in the area. It’s ideally situated between two beautiful nature reserves: Manteling, a 740-hectare area of dunes and forest, and Oranjezon, a 400-hectare dune landscape. Nearby, you’ll also find grand country estates and the historic Westhove Castle. Terra Maris, a nature and landscape museum located in the castle’s former orangery, is just 750 meters from the beach. The museum features a 2.5-hectare landscaped garden, along with a cozy café and gift shop.

Oostkapelle is perfect for families, with clean beaches, playgrounds, and extensive boardwalks making beach access easy. From May to September, lifeguards are on duty with a fully-equipped first aid station. The village offers everything you need, including a bakery and tearoom, supermarket, butcher, beach pavilions, and various restaurants to satisfy all tastes.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
