Each unit features a bedroom with box-spring beds, a bathroom, and a living room with an open kitchen. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee filter machine, Nespresso, and combination microwave. The 2-4-person apartment also includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping space.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
