General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed, a double bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a heater, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and three washbasins.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a high chair and a playpen.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a stove, two coffee makers and a dishwasher.

Holiday Home Zeeroos is located just a short distance from the beach, directly behind the dunes in a wooded area known as the Vebenabos. The beach can be reached within a five-minute walk. During the summer months, there is a supermarket in the Vebenabos where you can do your daily shopping and buy fresh bread rolls in the morning.

The house features a cozy living room with a comfortable seating area around the wood-burning stove and a dining area. The separate kitchen, renovated in the winter of 2022, is equipped with an induction hob, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave oven.

The entire house is situated on one level. There are three bedrooms: one with a 160 x 200 cm box-spring bed, one with a bunk bed, and one with a single bed. Two of the bedrooms have a washbasin. The compact bathroom, also renovated in the winter of 2022, is practical and well maintained, featuring a shower and toilet.

French doors open onto the terrace. The spacious garden surrounding the house offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Please note that the garden is not fenced. Private parking is available for up to two cars.

The charming village of Koudekerke and the center of Vlissingen, with its shops, restaurants, and lively boulevard, can be reached within 15 minutes by bicycle. The boulevard is a wonderful place for an evening walk, a drink on a terrace, or an ice cream by the sea. Several excellent restaurants can also be found in the area.

The historic provincial capital of Middelburg, the elegant seaside resort of Domburg, and the picturesque town of Veere are all approximately 20 minutes away by car. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy courses in both Middelburg and Domburg. From Vlissingen, you can take the bicycle and pedestrian ferry to Breskens.

Holiday Home Zeeroos is a charming accommodation for a small family or a couple. We consider the house most comfortable for up to four guests.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
