General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

Two types of apartments have been added to our offer at Dishoek Résidence in Koudekerke in beautiful Zeeland.

There is a 4-pers. apartment, located on the first floor on the south (BF-V5W4F). This apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet.

There is also a slightly smaller 4-pers. apartment (NL-4371-31). These apartments are spread over the buildings and on different floors.

Both apartments have a spacious living room with Smart TV and underfloor heating. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each boxspring beds, that may or may not be set up for two people. Each bedroom has a TV. There is a separate toilet and in the storage room you will find a washer and dryer.

Outside there is a balcony with garden furniture. In the private storage room in the basement, you can charge your electric bikes. In the same basement, there is parking space for one car per apartment.

Your apartment booking includes made beds upon arrival, final cleaning, a coffee/tea set and a Rituals toiletries set. On the day of your departure, we will also empty the dishwasher and change the bed sheets for you.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
