This attractive detached new 10-person villa is located on a generous 500 m2 plot in Park De Schotsman. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.

Due to its convenient location, you can have your feet in the water within 1 minute. A perfect location for any water sports enthusiast. This small-scale park, surrounded by greenery, is a perfect base for both an active and relaxing holiday. The North Sea beach is a short distance away. The spacious driveway offers space for several cars.

Upon entering the villa you have access through the entrance with guest toilet to the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The spacious living room with two separate sitting areas and patio doors to the terrace has a wood stove and flat screen TV with digital TV and foreign channels. The attractive open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer with a cozy dining area for 10 people. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
