The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a garden and two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four showers, four washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a garage.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

Basement: Hallway accessible by stairs with access to hall with washing machine. Indoor garage. Bedroom 1 with adjoining shower with washbasin. Bedroom 2. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Floor: Landing with access to 2 bedrooms. Shower room with sink and separate toilet.
Cosy living room with sitting area and dining area overlooking the garden. Complete kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. From the kitchen you also have access to the balcony.

Outside: Large driveway for several cars, spacious beautifully landscaped garden all around.

General:

The house is intended for receiving family groups. Bookings by non-family groups will not be accepted.
The house is suitable for 8 adults.
Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties is prohibited.
This property is not rented to groups of young people under 23 years of age.
Pets allowed, max. 3 dogs. Additional costs apply
Not suitable for disabled people.
A security deposit is required.

This property can only be booked for tourist purposes.
Noord-Beveland, also called "The Endless Island", is surrounded by water. As a result, the island has approximately 50 kilometers of coastline and one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands is located here. In addition to the many water sports options, Noord-Beveland is also a great place to go for a walk or cycle. In addition, the house is neutrally located in Zeeland, which means that trips to the other Zeeland Islands are also definitely worth it.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
