The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a radio and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, a sauna and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bath and a shower.

Note: from January 19th to February 1st, 2026, the swimming pool, sauna, and squash court at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed for maintenance. All other facilities will remain available.

You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
