The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds or two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a roof terrace and a garden. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a shower, a bath and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Note: from January 19th to February 1st, 2026, the swimming pool, sauna, and squash court at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed for maintenance. All other facilities will remain available.

You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply. If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
