The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. This detached, refurbished villa with a thatched roof is located in Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, only 1 km. from the lovely, sandy beach of the North Sea coast.

The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and an open kitchen with appliances such as a combination microwave and a dishwasher. There is also bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, which could or could not be set up as a double bed, and a second bathroom with shower or bathtub and a toilet. A storage room makes it complete.

Outside there is a spacious garden with a terrace and garden furniture, including two sun loungers. The villa has parking space for one car.

Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard offers a range of villas for four to sixteen people.

Note - This holiday park is firework-free at New Year, where fireworks of any kind are prohibited. However, the park does not conduct active checks, so a completely firework-free environment cannot be guaranteed. There is a possibility of fireworks being set off in the surrounding area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
