On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and two of which each has a single bed. In the bathroom there is either a shower or a bathtub. You will find a couple of loungers on the terrace. There are two not-detached villas within this type.

There is also a standard variation of the 4-pers. detached villa (BF-2J7CC). On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and two of which each has a single bed. In the bathroom there is either a shower or a bathtub. There is one not detached villa of this type.

There is also a detached 6-pers. villa (BF-P959C). This villa is more spacious than the 4-pers. villa and also has three bedrooms, each with two single beds on the first floor. In the hall you will find a separate toilet and a bathroom with a toilet on the first floor.

Finally, there is the semi-detached 8-pers. villa (BF-C5P34). There is a microwave in the kitchen. There are four bedrooms, one of which on the ground floor. All the bedrooms hove two single beds. There is a bathroom on both the ground and the first floor. In the downstairs hall is a separate toilet.

All the villas are fully furnished. The beds are all boxsprings. You always have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car behind the villa.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
