General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a trampoline, a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

This modern holiday home is located in a quiet location in the Ruiterplaat park and was completely newly built in early 2022. The result is a wonderful holiday address, furnished with great care and love and equipped with every comfort!

The holiday home has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious living-dining room and a modern kitchen, equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and built-in kitchen appliances. The cozy living area has a fireplace and flat screen TV. You also have a storage room with washing machine and dryer at your disposal. From the living room you have access to the spacious garden with lots of privacy, where you can enjoy long summer days. On the covered terrace there is a luxurious garden set with 6 garden chairs and a cozy sitting area. In addition, there is a comfortable lounge set and outdoor fireplace. For our youngest guests there is a trampoline that guarantees hours of fun!

On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (2x 180x200cm and 1x 160x200cm). There are 2 modern bathrooms, each with a shower, sink and toilet. There is one bathroom on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

In just 2 minutes you are on the banks of the Veerse Meer, where you can swim, stand-up paddle or surf. Enjoy the views and the view of the beautiful town of Veere! There is room for 2 cars next to the house. You can also use the charging station for electric cars for a fee. Pets are not allowed in this house.

There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. You can also relax, because near Beukenlaan 11 in Kamperland you can go to the water.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
