The ground floor features a cozy living room with large windows allowing plenty of natural light, an LCD TV, and access to the backyard through sliding doors. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, barbecues are available for rent at the reception. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso and filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a combination microwave or separate microwave and oven, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. Additionally, there is a bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and a washing machine on the ground floor.Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each furnished with two luxury box-spring beds. There is also a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Parking is available directly at the bungalow for one car, with additional parking available nearby. A third car can be parked at the central parking lot near the main building, where electric vehicles can also be charged. Please note, that the layout and furnishings of the holiday home may vary.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
