Welcome to the attractive, spacious, and ground-floor holiday studio Huize Hout, where you can enjoy a carefree holiday in Zeeland. Huize Hout is located on the edge of the charming, rural village of Grijpskerke. Thanks to its very central location, the beautiful wooded nature reserves, long stretches of beach, numerous seaside resorts, and the capital city of Middelburg are easily accessible by bicycle. You can cycle endlessly along the many scenic country lanes. These connect the characteristic historic villages, where you can experience museums, art and culture, monumental buildings, lovely markets, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

The living area features a luxuriously equipped kitchen with all amenities, including kitchen linens. The double dining area is located by the window overlooking the cozy front garden. You can relax or watch television on the large, comfortable sofa. The smart TV can be rotated so you can also watch it from the bed. Several board games are available for game enthusiasts.

The sleeping area has two comfortable single beds with box spring mattresses. The skylight above the bed provides plenty of natural light in the studio during the day and can also be darkened. The duvets and bed linen are made of 100% organic cotton and are hypoallergenic, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. The sleeping area can be separated from the living area by a curtain.

The spacious bathroom includes a toilet, a large walk-in shower, a double vanity with a cabinet, and a hairdryer. Towels and a bath mat made of 100% organic cotton are provided.

There is a small garden at both the front and back of the studio where you can relax. The studio has a parking space for your car at the front. There is also a charging station for your electric car. In addition, there is a spacious, lockable bike shed with charging points for e-bikes. You can also store your bike rack here. A selection of cycling and hiking maps allows you to plan your own routes around the beautiful island.

Pets are not allowed in this vacation studio, and the studio is non-smoking.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
