This charming holiday home, designed for two guests, spans two floors and features a bright, neutral decor. The ground floor houses the kitchen, bathroom, and living area, with a washing machine tucked away in a cupboard beneath the stairs. Upstairs, you'll find the bedroom, complete with a sauna for ultimate relaxation.

The bedroom boasts a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two single mattresses, accompanied by two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a clothes rack, and two chairs. The infrared sauna in the bedroom offers the perfect space to unwind and recharge.

The bathroom includes a toilet, a shower, a wall-mounted storage cabinet, and a hairdryer. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen, the cozy lounge area features a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite shows. The lounge leads out to the private, fully tiled terrace (15 m²), which is southwest-facing, allowing you to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day. The terrace is furnished with a garden table, and for the ultimate outdoor experience, we recommend bringing your barbecue. Bikes can be securely parked in the bike rack on the terrace (not covered), which also includes two charging points for electric bikes.

For car parking, there is a designated spot in front of the shed. Street parking is prohibited, but if you have multiple cars, a free public parking lot is available just 300 meters away, where you can also charge your electric car.

This holiday home is located on the main road of Biggekerke. The beach is within walking/cycling distance. From your holiday home, you can make trips to, for example, Middelburg, Vlissingen or historic Veere. There are also beautiful walking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity, both long and short distances. In the village itself, it is well worth a visit to the mill, which is still in function. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
