General

The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a gas fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a garden and there are three balconies. You can park your car on three parkeerplaatsen. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, five showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine), a convection microwave, an oven, a stovetop and a dishwasher.

This detached, spacious, luxurious and modern water villa is located at Harbor Village, on the Veerse Meer in Arnemuiden. The exclusive villa was built in 2019 and features a jetty and a beautiful interior with modern design and lots of glass.

The accommodation is a short distance from the center where you will find many nice shops and restaurants. The region offers various water sports facilities and a walk or bike ride through the Zeeland landscape is also very worthwhile.

Because the resort is 2 meters above the water level, it is a so-called split-level villa. The entrance opens into the spacious kitchen with all conceivable equipment. You have a combi microwave or a separate oven and microwave. There is also a nice dining table where you can enjoy a meal or a drink. On the mezzanine floor you will find a storage room with washing machine and dryer and a toilet. You reach the living room at water level via an imposing staircase. Here you will find a smart TV and a cozy decorative fireplace. A spacious, partly covered terrace/jetty on the water with dining area guarantees many relaxing hours. On the first floor are comfortable bedrooms with bathroom en suite and walk-in shower. On the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms, also with 2 double beds (2 linked single beds) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a toilet in one of the bathrooms. You have a beautiful view from all bedrooms. All beds are of the box spring type. Although outdoor life will mainly take place on the terrace, there is also a garden. The entire villa has underfloor heating and there is parking for 3 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
