This type of accommodation can only be booked with the owner's consent. Bookings without consent will not be accepted and will be canceled immediately.
The Tiny House 4 is detached and can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a TV and an open-plan kitchen. This is equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, and combination microwave/oven. A staircase leads to the first sleeping area with a double bed and storage space. Another staircase leads to the sleeping loft, where there are two further sleeping areas with single beds. Standing is not possible in the sleeping areas. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower. Outside, there is a comfortable terrace with garden furniture. You can park your car in a nearby parking area and use the Wi-Fi.

Please note that it is not possible to set up a baby cot/crib in this accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
