The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, two double beds, a double box bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a sandbox, a bicycle parking, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bath, two showers, a washbasin and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two fridges, a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

Surrounded by greenery near Doorn, this farmhouse carries the slower rhythm of the Dutch countryside without feeling isolated from daily comforts. The setting suits families and smaller groups who want cycling routes, forest walks, and quiet evenings outdoors rather than packed sightseeing schedules. Mornings here often begin with coffee in the garden while horses pass through nearby fields and the surrounding countryside stays almost completely silent.

The farmhouse sleeps up to eight guests across five bedrooms and keeps much of its rustic character intact, from the warm shared living spaces to the generous outdoor areas designed for lingering dinners and long afternoons in the sun. Children naturally gravitate toward the sandpit and open garden, while adults tend to settle around the barbecue or use the nearby cycling routes as part of the day’s routine.

Kaapse Bossen forest begins only 10 metres from the property, making spontaneous walks almost unavoidable. Henschotermeer lake beach is approximately 7.4 km away and becomes especially popular during warmer weather. Utrecht can be reached in around 25 minutes by car, while Doorn’s centre and supermarkets are roughly 2.4 km away.

Horse riding, mountain biking, and countryside cycling define the area, but the house itself remains the main draw for many guests. It feels grounded, peaceful, and intentionally uncomplicated in a way that makes longer stays particularly easy.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
