The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed and two single sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and two televisions. In addition there is an elevator, a bicycle parking, a set of garden furniture and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stovetop, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The home has a balcony facing a seaside view on the brand new venue of the Dutch Olympic Sailing Association. It includes secured private parking from where you can take an elevator to the apartment entrance. It offers essentials such as high-speed internet, a SMART TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
