The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with two single fold-away beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and two televisions. In addition there is an elevator, a balcony, a set of garden furniture and a bicycle parking. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.

It includes secured private parking from where you can take an elevator to the apartment entrance. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 24 years of age are not permitted We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. House rules are displayed in the living room.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
