The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds, two double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a table tennis table, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a bicycle, a sandbox and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, three showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has two fridges and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two microwaves and two stoves.

Furry companions are welcome here, and there’s no shortage of adventures nearby. Let your dog roam freely on the pet-friendly beaches of ’s-Gravenzande, especially during the off-season when leashes come off and tails go wild. Enjoy long walks along the dunes, or rent a bike with a dog trailer to explore the Westland trails together. Back at the house, kids and pets can romp in the garden, dig in the sandpit, or enjoy the playground while you relax on the sunny terrace.

Outdoor: At the beach, guests can enjoy a variety of activities such as surfing, kitesurfing, and other fun beach sports. Wato Events and the Dutch Surf Academy are close by, offering lessons and activities for all levels.

Food & Drinks: Guests can dine at Eetcafé Zout, our successful family restaurant that opens daily from 10:00 a.m. and serves freshly prepared meals in a welcoming atmosphere. For a more casual vibe, the outdoor bar is the perfect spot to relax with drinks and light bites after a day at the beach. Together, they create a lively place to enjoy good food, company, and seaside views.

For 2026, the tourist tax is 5% of the rental price which is payable on site.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
