General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds or two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with three showers, two toilets and three washbasins.

These semi-detached holiday homes are located on the small-scale, car-free Resort Dunimar holiday park, just 4.5 km away from the North Sea beach near Noordwijk.

The holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with underfloor heating and a TV with streaming functions. This allows you to stream apps from your tablet or phone to the TV via your own accounts. The open kitchen includes a combination microwave and a dishwasher. There is also one bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, each with two single beds and one with an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom on the landing. There is also a second toilet on the landing. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower.

Outside you will find a terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers. The resort is car-free. Luggage may be unloaded and/or loaded on arrival and departure days. You'll park your car at the central car park.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
