The living room with a sitting area and a view of the terrace leads to a dining area. The kitchen was renovated in 2023 and now features two new, practical kitchenettes with new appliances and work surfaces on both sides.

One bedroom with two single beds (formed into a double) and another with two single beds are located on the ground floor.

The third guest room with two single beds is located on the upper floor and can be reached via a fixed staircase.

Equipped with games and books, it is a popular choice for children as a cozy playroom.

The holiday home is situated in a large, fenced garden (approx. 320 sq m), which is protected from prying eyes and wind by a tall hedge.

The lovingly and diversely landscaped garden invites you to relax on the sheltered sun terrace by the house, on a second small terrace in the garden, to sunbathe on the lawn, or to enjoy a barbecue.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
