The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds or two single beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a porch, a set of garden furniture, a sauna, a balcony and a garden. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two baths, three washbasins and two toilets.

The villa features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms with cozy box-spring beds that can be configured as doubles or singles, including one ground-floor bedroom and three upstairs. With three bathrooms—one with a traditional sauna and one with a soothing bathtub—plus a separate guest toilet, everyone has their own space to relax. Whether you're unwinding in the sauna or soaking in the tub, comfort is at the heart of your stay. Please note, balconies are temporarily closed for maintenance, but there's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.

Step outside to your private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers—perfect for sunny mornings or evening drinks. The villa is located near a lively marina where you’ll find harborside cafés, fresh seafood restaurants, and lovely walking paths along the water. Pets are not allowed, ensuring a calm and allergen-free environment.

Note - This holiday park is fireworks-free - setting off fireworks of any kind is prohibited on New Year’s Eve. The park conducts checks to enforce this. However, there is a possibility of fireworks being set off in the surrounding area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
