Two rooms offer flexible double or single bed options, while the third provides a single bed—perfect for children or solo travelers. The villa includes a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a convenient separate toilet downstairs. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while central heating keeps things cozy in every season.

Step outside to enjoy your private terrace and garden—perfect for breakfast in the sun or an evening glass of wine. While balconies are temporarily closed for maintenance, the scenic beauty around you remains untouched. Please note, pets are not permitted—offering an allergy-friendly, tranquil environment for all guests.

Note - This holiday park is fireworks-free - setting off fireworks of any kind is prohibited on New Year’s Eve. The park conducts checks to enforce this. However, there is a possibility of fireworks being set off in the surrounding area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
